Oval engagement ring help!?

Hello, I'm trying to find a diamond engagement ring I saw on the specific store for centuries the name of my dream ring, but I dont know how to describe any jewelry etc, and not have it in stock again, I explained, but I sent a photo of a ring with three diamonds in it, is there anyone out there who can help me to describe her differently?
